The first episode today is Pokemon Battle Dimension – Double Team Turnover, which continues from the cliffhanger yesterday.
There’s a big fight, during which, the disguised Team Rocket try to steal the Lustrous Orb.
Both Crogunk and Chimchar are hurt during the battle and have to be treated at the Pokemon Centre.
They discuss why Team Galactic are after the orbs, Brock think they’re going to use them against Dialga and Palkia.
Carolina and Cyrus go to the site that was attacked by Team Galactic, and there they discover Team Rocket hiding. But soon they are joined by Team Galactic. “We’ve known exactly where the lustrous orb was the whole time, and to be totally honest, your efforts ended up saving us a lot of trouble by bringing it here in the first place.”
They bring in Bronzor and Purugly to attack so they can grab the orb, but suddenly, Staravia and Piplup, along with Cynthia’s Garchomp and Pikachu drop down into the space and take them out. It’s like the end of Avengers Endgame!
Ash and friends also arrive, but now Cyrus drops his act, and starts ranting about how important the orbs are. “I trust you fools know that the adamant and lustrous orbs bring great power to Dialga and Palkia. But it is when the orbs are combined together with the three lake guardians that their full power emerges. To put it in simple terms, even you can understand the three guardians plus the two orbs will gloriously bring forth nothing less than legends!”
But while he’s ranting, a Skuntank arrives and grabs the orb from Carnavine and brings it to Jupiter of Tam Galactic.
Ash, Brock and Dawn say goodbye to Cynthia as they head to Heartholme.
Is it a surprise that Cyrus was working with Team Galactic all along? I lose track.

The other recording today is Pokemon Battle Dimension – The Champ Twins!
A TV crew start interviewing Ash and Dawn about going to a nearby gym, but Jessie tries to butt in to the interview. Nobody recognises her again.
There’s a pair of twins who have won sixteen battles in a row. Ash naturally wants to challenge them.
For some reason, Ash and Dawn’s Pokemon don’t seem to be fighting very well, and they start arguing. It’s almost as if the show is just inventing false jeopardy. Surely not.
Seriously, I really hope there’s a genuine narrative reason for Piplup and Turtwig to be actually fighting each other instead of their opponents. Otherwise this is just nonsense.
Pikachu has to sort out Turtwig and Piplup’s animus and they all learn a lesson about getting on or something.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket lay a trap for the Champ twins, and steal their Pokemon.
Ash and Dawn find them and fight with Turtwig and Piplup, working together a lot better than they were earlier.
They win the match.
