I have a feeling that this judge on the panel is supposed to be Anna Wintour off of Vogue.
Dawn and Buneary enter the contest.
Ash and Dawn are finalists. Jessie does not get through.
In revenge for her failure, Team Rocket interrupt the final stage of the competition.
They give their usual Team Rocket speech. Then the Anna Wintour judge steps forward, angrily: “No one gives me advice and gets away with it.” I genuinely roared with laughter at that line.
Dawn’s Buneary and Paris’ Lopunny have to deal with Team Rocket’s ship.
Ash wins the Uniqueness Award, which is one way of putting it.
To the great surprise of the third finalist, Cocoa, who thought she had the contest in the bag, the main award goes to Dawn and Buneary.
