We seem to have jumped back in this series, honestly, doesn’t anybody care about correct episode ordering?
Today’s recording is Pokemon Battle Dimension – Pokemon Ranger and the Kidnapped Riolu (Part One).
Ash has found a Riolu who seems to be being sought by lots of people, good and bad.
They’re with a Pokemon ranger called Kellyn, who’s in contact with another ranger called Solano, who knows Ash and Pikachu.
Solana and Officer Jenny are looking for a client who has hired Hunter J to capture Riolu.
Hunter J is still looking for Riolu.
Sharpedo attack Ash, Kellyn and friends as they head down the river.
Riolu loses a wooden figure he’s been carrying, and when he swims for it down the river he gets into trouble, and we get a flashback to when he was given the figure by an old man, just before he was taken away by people who wanted to use his power.
Ash saves Riolu from drowning, and when he recovers, gives him the wooden figure he was chasing.
Hunter J starts a massive fire.
End of Part One is a cliffhanger.
