The friends are at a Croagunk festival.
There’s a Croagunk beauty contest. They all look the same, but Brock’s one impresses the judges.
Team Rocket have disguised Meowth as a Croagunk.
They have to smash bricks. Brock’s Croagunk smashes all ten. Meowth breaks his hand.
Brock has to face Hamilton and his Croagunk Craig in the final because he’s the current champion.
During their fight, a giant robot Croagunk descends on the event, and steals the winner’s crown with its long tongue. It’s Team Rocket, naturally.
Brock and Hamilton team up to defeat them.
But it takes Nurse Joy and her Croagunk Chrissy to truly defeat the robot and get rid of Team Rocket.
To thank them, they are awarded the crown.
