Some people come across a Maid Cafe. I don’t know what that is. This one is run by Team Rocket.
Brock is helping one of the maids (from the same cafe?) with her pokemon, Miltank.
She doesn’t get it right straight away.
They are menaced by Beedrills.
Jesse and James’ cafe is not very successful because they don’t have any Miltank milk, so they kidnap the maid and her Miltank. Brock hangs on.
Brock’s Happiny uses a secret power he didn’t know it had to make Team Rocket fall asleep.
“Ilta, use Taco” is what I think she said.
Team Rocket are defeated again.
