It’s the end. But the moment has been prepared for. Today it’s the final episode of Totally Doctor Who for this series, and there’s a party and everyone has brought in board games.
There’s a battle of the Monsters, between Nick Briggs on the side of the Daleks
And Paul Kasey representing the Cybermen. Thankfully, they don’t actually punch each other, they just answer questions.
Camille Coduri is asking the questions.
There’s a look behind the scenes of a Radio Times photoshoot.
The two finalists for Companion Academy are on the sofa. Jamie Maisner.
And Louise Delmege.
The final task is a quiz, and the winner is Louise.
They both get to ask questions to guest Raji James.
Also on the sofa is Elisabeth Sladen.
She’s there with K9, and K9’s helper, model maker Mat Irvine, who helped create the original K9.
There’s one final Who-Ru.
Some great costumes, including Cybermen
A Kung Fu Monk
A Werewolf
Two Doctors
Clockwork Monsters
A Cat Nun.
K9
And this is genuinely a child’s dalek costume – although let’s face it, it’s his dad’s labour of love.
Here’s the whole show.
Media Centre Description: Barney Harwood and Liz Barker present a show celebrating the the latest adventures of the last living Time Lord. They look at anything and everything that Doctor Who has inspired children to create and do – from TARDIS-shaped garden sheds to new alien designs, from DIY special effects to new versions of the theme music. There’s also the Companion Academy, in which eight young hopefuls who think they’ve got what it takes to travel with a Time Lord are recruited.
